He is a restaurant general manager and I am a bartender. We have two girls who are our entire world. Our family is the most important thing to us. We spend our days playing and finding anything to make us laugh. We genuinely all just enjoy hanging out at home.
Why did you pick Hunter Floyd Films to create your wedding film?
Saw your videos and fell in love with them. The way you capture the day and the story and the quality of your films.
The proposal? …Tell me everything (all the gushy details)
He asked me while I was pregnant with our second child. We were camping on vacation at my favorite place. A place that I have been going to since I was a little girl. We walk a pier at sunset to the lighthouse all the time when we are there. As the sun was going down he stopped in the middle of the pier and said “let’s just sit here.” And we sat down and he handed our oldest daughter (2 at the time) a ring and he got down on his knee and asked me. Random people all over stopped walking and cheered as I said yes. The sun was right at sunset too. It was everything.
Gardens of Woodstock, what made you choose this venue over all others?
Loved the gardens and just relaxed atmosphere. Not a huge ball room fan and not really into the barn thing either.
What experience do you want to give to your guests?
I want them to just have fun and also just feel love. My favorite weddings are the ones that you can just feel the love they have for each other.
